We recommend that you read our exchange and return policy carefully so that you can proceed with your request as quickly as possible.

Exchanges and Returns

At Cristina Real, we accept exchanges for articles that do not fit. However, please note that return shipping is not free. If you wish to return a product for a refund, please email us at info@cristinareal.com stating the reason for the return.

Articles may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Limited Stock & Refund Options

At Cristina Real, we work with very limited production quantities. In some cases, the same article or size may no longer be available for exchange and may not be restocked. In these cases, we suggest one of the following options:

Exchange for another available article of equal or higher value (with payment adjustment, if needed), or refund for the returned item.

As with exchanges, returns must be pre-authorized. Please email info@cristinareal.com to request a return reference.

After our confirmation, we will send you a form that must be completed and sent along with the article.

Conditions for Exchanges and Returns

To be eligible for an exchange or return, articles must be returned in the same condition in which they were received — unused, undamaged, and unaltered. Any signs of use, damage, or modifications that compromise resale (such as perfume, makeup, stains, missing or damaged tags, poor condition or missing original packaging) may result in the return being refused and sent back to the customer.

We have a partnership with Realtech store, located in Odivelas, to assist with the handling of exchanges and returns. However, please do not contact Realtech directly. All communications must be made exclusively via info@cristinareal.com.

Exchange & Return Procedure

Before sending any item back, you must obtain authorization from our team by emailing info@cristinareal.com. Once approved, you will receive a return reference and a form to complete and include with the returned article.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of faulty or damaged items, for which we will cover the cost of exchange or refund shipping.

Shipping & Tracking

We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transportation.

Return Shipping Costs

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the article is defective, in which case we will cover the full shipping cost. Please ensure all returned items are in original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Important Information

For international shipments outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
The average time for return processing is 14 business days, but Portuguese customs clearance may take up to 10 weeks.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned article has been received and inspected.
